Plumbing Lecturer – Permanent Position

Are you a qualified plumber ready to inspire the next generation of trades professionals?
We’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis, delivering the new T‑Level Plumbing programme from September.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, hands‑on T‑Level Plumbing lessons
• Supporting learners through both practical and theory‑based modules
• Planning lessons, assessing learner progress, and contributing to curriculum development
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised plumbing qualification (minimum Level 3)
• Strong, up‑to‑date industry experience
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future plumbers
